Bridget Wu

Bridget and her husband are long-time residents of Broadview Heights. She is the proud mother of two daughters who attend North Royalton Elementary School in the 2nd and 4th grades. Currently, Bridget serves as the VP of membership with the PTA and is involved in numerous PTA committees. She is also a Girl Scout troop leader of two troops, in which she stewards girls to build confidence, courage, and kindness. Coaching youth baseball and basketball is one of her passions. 

Bridget currently works as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at the Cleveland Clinic. She has been a nurse for 24 years and will complete a doctorate in nursing this December. As part of her job, she makes critical decisions to keep her patients safe and healthy. She will bring this same sense of responsibility and compassion to our students and community.  Whether she is in the operating room, coaching, leading a troop, or volunteering in the schools, she leads with purpose and heart. As a school board member, she will take on the role with dedication and be diligent in decision-making on what is in the best interests of students, teachers, and families. 

Michelle Bauer

Michelle is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who previously practiced at the Cleveland Clinic and Akron Children’s Hospital. She is a lifelong Ohioan who moved to North Royalton in 2005 to start her family. Michelle and her husband, David, are proud parents of a 2025 NRHS graduate who will be attending the University of Cincinnati in the fall, and a Junior attending Lawrence School. Michelle is a champion for children with learning differences and tirelessly advocates for resources and technology for our public schools to enable every student to be successful.

Michelle regularly assisted within the Albion Elementary and North Royalton Middle School classrooms, chaired many North Royalton PTA committees, served as the Albion Elementary and North Royalton Council PTA President, led the consolidation of the three elementary school PTAs in 2020, served on the district’s Strategic Planning Committee, participated as a PTA representative on the Superintendent search committee, and led the modernization of the Band Booster Membership Committee.

Michelle is a recipient of the Ohio PTA Achievement Award  and the North Royalton Band Booster Lifetime Membership Award.
